Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl
- Whisk eggs, melted butter, water, and vinegar in another bowl
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until thick batter forms
- Let batter rest for 2–3 minutes
- Pour into lined loaf pan and smooth the top
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and firm
- Cool completely before slicing
Notes
Do not skip cooling, or the bread may crumble
Measure coconut flour carefully to avoid dryness
Add psyllium husk for better texture
Store in fridge for up to 5 days
