Ingredients
  

  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • ½ avocado sliced
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped spinach or mushrooms

Method
 

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy and set aside.
  2. Crack eggs into a bowl, add heavy cream, salt, and pepper, then whisk until smooth.
  3. Melt butter in the same pan over low-medium heat.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook gently while stirring slowly.
  5. Add shredded cheese and optional vegetables when eggs are nearly set.
  6. Remove from heat while eggs remain soft and creamy.
  7. Serve immediately with sliced avocado and crispy bacon.

Notes

Cook eggs on low heat for the best creamy texture.
Avoid overcooking because eggs continue cooking after removal from heat.
Fresh eggs improve flavour and fluffiness.
Customize with extra vegetables or protein if desired.
