Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  4. Add shredded chicken, half the cheddar cheese, and half the mozzarella cheese and stir well.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for faster preparation and extra flavor.
Adjust buffalo sauce amount if you prefer milder or spicier dip.
Serve with celery sticks, cucumber slices, bell peppers, or keto crackers.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat before serving.
