Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 –2 tbsp keto-friendly sweetener
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Add chia seeds, almond milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt into a bowl or jar.
  2. Stir well until everything is fully combined.
  3. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  5. Stir before serving and adjust consistency with extra milk if needed.

Notes

Use full-fat coconut milk for a richer, creamier texture.
Stirring twice helps avoid clumps and gives a smooth pudding.
Adjust the sweetness based on your taste preference.
Top with nuts or berries for extra flavor and crunch.
