Method
- In a bowl, mix melted coconut oil and coconut cream until smooth.
- Add sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt; whisk well.
- Stir in shredded coconut.
- Pour mixture into silicone molds or a lined tray.
- Freeze for about 1 hour or until firm.
- Remove from molds and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
Notes
- Keep refrigerated as they melt quickly at room temperature.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Add cocoa powder or nuts for flavor variations.
