Method
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat
- Season chicken with salt pepper and paprika
- Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through
- Remove chicken from pan and set aside
- In the same pan sauté garlic for 30 seconds
- Add heavy cream and simmer gently
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth
- Add spinach and cook until wilted
- Return chicken to the pan and coat with sauce
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes and serve hot
