Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat
  2. Season chicken with salt pepper and paprika
  3. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through
  4. Remove chicken from pan and set aside
  5. In the same pan sauté garlic for 30 seconds
  6. Add heavy cream and simmer gently
  7. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth
  8. Add spinach and cook until wilted
  9. Return chicken to the pan and coat with sauce
  10. Simmer for 2–3 minutes and serve hot

Notes

Do not overcook the chicken to keep it juicy
Use full-fat cream for the best keto results
Add mushrooms or broccoli for extra texture
Taste and adjust the seasoning before serving
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days
