- Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat
- Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes
- Flip salmon and cook for another 3–4 minutes
- Lower heat and add butter and minced garlic
- Spoon garlic butter over salmon for 1–2 minutes
- Add lemon juice and garnish with parsley and chili flakes
- Serve hot and enjoy
Notes
Always pat salmon dry for crispy skin
Do not overcook, or it will turn dry
Use fresh garlic for the best flavor
Cook on medium-high heat for perfect texture
