Ingredients
  

  • Salmon fillets 2–3 pieces
  • Butter 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic cloves 4, minced
  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped, optional
  • Red chili flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat
  3. Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes
  4. Flip salmon and cook for another 3–4 minutes
  5. Lower heat and add butter and minced garlic
  6. Spoon garlic butter over salmon for 1–2 minutes
  7. Add lemon juice and garnish with parsley and chili flakes
  8. Serve hot and enjoy

Notes

Always pat salmon dry for crispy skin
Do not overcook, or it will turn dry
Use fresh garlic for the best flavor
Cook on medium-high heat for perfect texture
Add extra butter for a richer taste
