Keto Seeded Almond Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup mixed seeds pumpkin, sunflower, sesame
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • Optional: 1 tbsp honey or erythritol

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. Mix almond flour, flaxseed, baking powder, salt, and half the seeds in a bowl.
  3. Whisk eggs, almond milk, olive oil, and optional sweetener in another bowl.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  5. Pour mixture into loaf pan and sprinkle remaining seeds on top.
  6. Bake 35–40 mins until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool completely before slicing.

Notes

  • Use parchment paper for easy removal.
  • Can swap seeds or flours for slight variations.
  • Slice and freeze leftovers for later.
