Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
- Mix almond flour, flaxseed, baking powder, salt, and half the seeds in a bowl.
- Whisk eggs, almond milk, olive oil, and optional sweetener in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Pour mixture into loaf pan and sprinkle remaining seeds on top.
- Bake 35–40 mins until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- Use parchment paper for easy removal.
- Can swap seeds or flours for slight variations.
- Slice and freeze leftovers for later.
