Method
- Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
- Remove shrimp and set aside.
- Pour heavy cream into the pan and simmer gently for 2 minutes.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until smooth and add Italian seasoning.
- Return shrimp to the pan and coat with sauce; simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh parmesan for best results; avoid overcooking shrimp; can be served with zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice for a complete keto meal.
