Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Slice chicken breasts horizontally to create pockets
- Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, spinach, and garlic in a bowl
- Stuff the mixture into each chicken breast pocket
- Secure with toothpicks if needed
- Rub chicken with olive oil and season with spices
- Sear chicken in a pan for 3–4 minutes per side
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving
Notes
Do not overstuff the chicken to avoid leakage
Use toothpicks to keep filling inside while cooking
Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F
Add chili flakes for a spicy kick
