  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Whisk eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla in another bowl.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  5. Fold in optional add-ins like chocolate chips or berries.
  6. Pour batter into greased or parchment-lined pan.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  8. Cool for 5–10 minutes, slice, and serve.

Notes

  • Don’t overmix to avoid a dense texture.
  • Use any milk or flour alternatives if needed.
