Notes
- Use full-fat Greek yogurt for extra creaminess.
- Fold gently to keep the texture light and fluffy.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Swap honey with maple syrup for a different flavor.
- Add lime instead of lemon for a tropical twist.
