Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper
- Place salmon fillets on the tray and pat dry
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, zest, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper
- Brush or pour the mixture evenly over the salmon
- Top with lemon slices
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily
- Remove from oven and serve immediately
Notes
Do not overcook the salmon to keep it juicy
Fresh dill gives the best flavor, but dried can be used
Add butter for a richer taste if desired
Serve with rice, veggies, or salad for a complete meal
