Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 3.4 oz instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 12 oz lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • Fresh lemon slices or zest optional

Method
 

  1. Whisk together cold milk and lemon pudding mix until thick
  2. Add lemonade concentrate and mix until well combined
  3. Gently fold in whipped topping until smooth and fluffy
  4. Layer graham crackers in the bottom of a 9×13 dish
  5. Spread a layer of lemon mixture evenly over crackers
  6. Repeat layers of crackers and cream until finished
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight
  8. Slice and serve chilled

Notes

Chill overnight for the best texture and flavor
Use full-fat ingredients for a richer taste
Do not overmix the whipped topping to keep it fluffy
Add fresh fruit for extra flavor and decoration
Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
