Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe mangoes peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 1 –2 tbsp honey or sugar optional
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract optional

Method
 

  1. Add chopped mangoes, milk, yogurt, and ice into a blender.
  2. Add honey or sugar if needed for extra sweetness.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy (about 30–60 seconds).
  4. Taste and adjust consistency by adding more milk if required.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately chilled.
