Method
- Combine honey and water in a small pan, heat until dissolved, then let cool.
- Blend mango chunks, lime juice, and pinch of salt until smooth.
- Mix cooled honey syrup into mango puree and taste for sweetness.
- Pour mixture into a shallow container and freeze for 1 hour.
- Stir with a fork every 30–40 minutes for 2–3 hours until smooth, or use an ice cream maker as directed.
- Scoop into bowls and serve, optionally garnished with mint or mango slices.
Notes
Use ripe mangoes for best flavor; frozen mango works if fresh ones aren’t available, adjust sweetness to taste; lime juice enhances flavor, can add coconut or spices for variation.
