Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe mangoes peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 2 –3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract optional
  • ¼ cup granola
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
  • Fresh mint leaves optional

Method
 

  1. Peel and chop mangoes into small pieces
  2. Blend half of the mango into a smooth puree
  3. In a bowl, mix yogurt with honey and vanilla extract
  4. Take serving cups and add a layer of yogurt
  5. Add a layer of mango puree and mango chunks
  6. Repeat layers until cups are filled
  7. Top with granola, chia seeds, and mint leaves
  8. Serve immediately or chill for 20–30 minutes

Notes

Use ripe mangoes for the best natural sweetness
Adjust the honey depending on your taste preference
Add granola just before serving to keep it crunchy
Swap yogurt with dairy-free options if needed
You can use other fruits like berries or peaches
