Method
- Heat heavy cream until warm but not boiling
- Pour over chocolate chips and stir until smooth to make ganache
- Lightly warm taco shells in oven for a few minutes
- Fill each shell with chocolate ganache
- Add mini marshmallows on top
- Torch or broil until marshmallows are golden
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers
- Drizzle chocolate syrup if desired
- Serve immediately
Notes
Use a kitchen torch for perfect marshmallow toasting, don’t overheat chocolate to avoid burning, serve fresh for best texture, you can add peanut butter or Nutella for variation
