These Mini S’mores Tacos are a fun twist on the classic campfire treat, combining crispy taco shells with gooey chocolate and toasted marshmallows. Perfect for parties, quick desserts, or satisfying late-night sweet cravings. They’re super easy to make and require minimal ingredients!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 mini taco shells
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Crushed graham crackers
  • Chocolate syrup optional

Method
 

  1. Heat heavy cream until warm but not boiling
  2. Pour over chocolate chips and stir until smooth to make ganache
  3. Lightly warm taco shells in oven for a few minutes
  4. Fill each shell with chocolate ganache
  5. Add mini marshmallows on top
  6. Torch or broil until marshmallows are golden
  7. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers
  8. Drizzle chocolate syrup if desired
  9. Serve immediately

Notes

Use a kitchen torch for perfect marshmallow toasting, don’t overheat chocolate to avoid burning, serve fresh for best texture, you can add peanut butter or Nutella for variation
