Method
- Place beef roast in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle ranch and au jus seasoning evenly over the roast.
- Place butter on top of the roast.
- Add pepperoncini peppers around the roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours until meat is tender.
- Shred the roast using two forks and mix with the juices in the slow cooker.
- Serve shredded beef on slider buns and top with optional cheese, pickles, or onions.
Notes
- Choose a fatty chuck roast for the juiciest meat.
- Keep warm in the slow cooker until ready to serve.
- Perfect for make-ahead meals or party sliders.
