Mississippi Pot Roast Sliders Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 3 –4 lb beef chuck roast
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • ½ cup unsalted butter 1 stick
  • 5 –6 pepperoncini peppers
  • 12 slider buns
  • Optional: sliced pickles cheese, or onions for topping

Method
 

  1. Place beef roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle ranch and au jus seasoning evenly over the roast.
  3. Place butter on top of the roast.
  4. Add pepperoncini peppers around the roast.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours until meat is tender.
  6. Shred the roast using two forks and mix with the juices in the slow cooker.
  7. Serve shredded beef on slider buns and top with optional cheese, pickles, or onions.

Notes

  • Choose a fatty chuck roast for the juiciest meat.
  • Keep warm in the slow cooker until ready to serve.
  • Perfect for make-ahead meals or party sliders.
