Ingredients
  

  • 300 g beef strips thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley optional, chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat oil and butter in a pan over medium heat
  2. Add beef strips and cook until browned, then remove and set aside
  3. In the same pan, sauté onions until soft
  4. Add garlic and mushrooms, cook until mushrooms are tender
  5. Sprinkle flour and stir well for 1 minute
  6. Gradually add beef broth while stirring to avoid lumps
  7. Pour in cream, add paprika, salt, and pepper, and simmer until thickened
  8. Return beef to the pan and cook for 5 minutes
  9. Stir in sour cream and mix well
  10. Garnish with parsley and serve hot

Notes

Slice beef thinly for tender results
Do not overcook beef to avoid toughness
Add sour cream at low heat to prevent curdling
Use fresh mushrooms for the best flavor
Serve immediately for the creamiest texture
