Method
- Boil 2 cups of water in a pot or kettle until bubbling.
- Add nettle leaves into the hot water carefully.
- Turn off heat and let it steep for 5–10 minutes.
- Strain the tea into cups using a strainer or infuser.
- Add honey or lemon if desired and stir gently.

- Don’t over-steep or it may taste bitter.
