Ingredients
  

  • Graham cracker crumbs – 2 cups
  • Melted butter – 1/2 cup
  • Cream cheese softened – 16 oz
  • Powdered sugar – 1 cup
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • Whipped topping or whipped cream – 2 cups
  • Bananas sliced – 3 large
  • Crushed pineapple well drained – 1 cup
  • Chocolate syrup – 1/4 cup
  • Maraschino cherries – 10–12
  • Chopped nuts optional – 1/4 cup

Method
 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into a baking dish to form the crust.
  3. Chill the crust in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix well.
  6. Fold in whipped topping gently until fluffy.
  7. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the chilled crust.
  8. Arrange sliced bananas over the filling layer.
  9. Spread drained crushed pineapple evenly on top.
  10. Drizzle chocolate syrup across the dessert.
  11. Add maraschino cherries and chopped nuts on top.
  12. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  13. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth filling.
Drain pineapple very well to avoid a soggy dessert.
Chill overnight for the best texture and flavor.
Add bananas closer to serving time if storing longer to prevent browning.
Use a sharp knife and wipe between cuts for clean slices.
