  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • ½ cup fresh fruits or pie filling
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips or caramel drizzle optional

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until combined
  2. Divide mixture into cups and press lightly to form the base
