Method
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, 1 cup peanut butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
- Press mixture evenly into prepared pan.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with ¼ cup peanut butter, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
- Pour chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- Use creamy peanut butter for smooth texture.
- Store bars in the refrigerator to prevent melting.
- Can add a pinch of sea salt on top for extra flavor contrast.
