Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup peanut butter for topping

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, 1 cup peanut butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
  3. Press mixture evenly into prepared pan.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with ¼ cup peanut butter, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
  5. Pour chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
  7. Cut into bars and serve.

Notes

  • Use creamy peanut butter for smooth texture.
  • Store bars in the refrigerator to prevent melting.
  • Can add a pinch of sea salt on top for extra flavor contrast.
