Method
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until crumbly and press into an 8x8-inch pan.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla to the melted chocolate, stir until smooth.
- Pour chocolate mixture over the crust and smooth with a spatula.
- Sprinkle nuts or berries on top if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Use parchment paper for easy removal from the pan.
- Feel free to swap graham crackers with digestive biscuits or Oreos.
- Coconut oil can replace butter if needed.
- Keep refrigerated and serve chilled for best results.
