Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped nuts optional
  • 1 cup fresh berries or fruit toppings optional
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until crumbly and press into an 8x8-inch pan.
  2. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds.
  3. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla to the melted chocolate, stir until smooth.
  4. Pour chocolate mixture over the crust and smooth with a spatula.
  5. Sprinkle nuts or berries on top if desired.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Use parchment paper for easy removal from the pan.
  • Feel free to swap graham crackers with digestive biscuits or Oreos.
  • Coconut oil can replace butter if needed.
  • Keep refrigerated and serve chilled for best results.
