Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages graham crackers
  • 2 packages 3.4 oz each instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped topping.
  3. Layer graham crackers in a 9x13-inch pan.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers, then top with half of the pudding.
  5. Repeat layers with remaining crackers, cream cheese mixture, and pudding.
  6. In a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips with heavy cream until smooth; pour over the top layer.
  7. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother layer.
  • Let the chocolate cool slightly before pouring to avoid melting the layers.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
