Method
- In a bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped topping.
- Layer graham crackers in a 9x13-inch pan.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers, then top with half of the pudding.
- Repeat layers with remaining crackers, cream cheese mixture, and pudding.
- In a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips with heavy cream until smooth; pour over the top layer.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother layer.
- Let the chocolate cool slightly before pouring to avoid melting the layers.
- Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
