Method
- Dissolve instant coffee in warm water and let it cool
- Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form
- Gently fold the cooled coffee mixture into the whipped cream
- Quickly dip each cookie into the mocha mixture
- Arrange a layer of dipped cookies in a dish
- Spread a layer of mocha cream over the cookies
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used
- Finish with a top layer of cream and sprinkle chocolate chips
- Dust cocoa powder over the top
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving
Notes
Use cold cream for the best whipping results
Do not soak cookies for too long to avoid sogginess
Chilling overnight gives the best texture and flavor
You can substitute cookies with Oreos (cream removed)
