No-Bake Oreo Truffles Recipe

These No-Bake Oreo Truffles are rich, creamy, and incredibly easy to make. With just a few ingredients and no oven required, they’re perfect for parties, holidays, or a quick sweet treat. Each bite is packed with chocolatey Oreo goodness and coated in smooth melted chocolate.

Ingredients
  

  • 36 Oreo cookies finely crushed
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 200 g semi-sweet or dark chocolate melted
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil optional for smoother chocolate
  • Crushed Oreos or sprinkles for topping

Method
 

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
  2. In a bowl, mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until fully combined.
  3. Roll mixture into small bite-sized balls and place on a lined tray.
  4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into melted chocolate and coat evenly.
  7. Place back on the tray and sprinkle with crushed Oreos or toppings.
  8. Refrigerate for another 20 minutes until chocolate sets.

Notes

  • Keep truffles refrigerated until serving for best texture.
  • Use white chocolate for a different flavor variation.
  • Add crushed nuts or cookie crumbs on top for extra crunch.
