Method
- Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
- In a bowl, mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until fully combined.
- Roll mixture into small bite-sized balls and place on a lined tray.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into melted chocolate and coat evenly.
- Place back on the tray and sprinkle with crushed Oreos or toppings.
- Refrigerate for another 20 minutes until chocolate sets.
Notes
- Keep truffles refrigerated until serving for best texture.
- Use white chocolate for a different flavor variation.
- Add crushed nuts or cookie crumbs on top for extra crunch.
