Method
- Mix melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and peanut butter in a large bowl until well combined.
- Line an 8x8 or 9x9 pan with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into the bottom evenly.
- Melt chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons peanut butter in the microwave in short intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter base and spread evenly.
- Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for about 1–2 hours until fully set.
- Lift from the pan using parchment paper and cut into bars before serving.
Notes
Press the base firmly to prevent crumbly bars.
Use good-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
Chill completely before slicing for clean cuts.
