No Bake Peanut Butter and Chocolate Bars Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 ½ cups chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter for topping

Method
 

  1. Mix melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and peanut butter in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Line an 8x8 or 9x9 pan with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into the bottom evenly.
  3. Melt chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons peanut butter in the microwave in short intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter base and spread evenly.
  5. Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for about 1–2 hours until fully set.
  6. Lift from the pan using parchment paper and cut into bars before serving.

Notes

Press the base firmly to prevent crumbly bars.
Use good-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
Chill completely before slicing for clean cuts.
Sprinkle a little sea salt on top for extra flavor if desired.
