Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • Pinch of salt optional

Method
 

  1. Melt peanut butter and butter together in a saucepan over low heat while stirring continuously.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt until combined.
  3. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until the mixture becomes smooth and thick.
  4. Line a square pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  5. Spread the fudge mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  6. Smooth the top with a spatula for an even layer.
  7. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until the fudge is firm.
  8. Lift from the pan, cut into squares, and serve.

Notes

Use creamy peanut butter for the smoothest texture.
