Ingredients
Method
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
- Mix the crushed Oreos with melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract then mix until well combined and fluffy.
- In another bowl whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and airy.
- Fold the chopped strawberries into the filling and swirl in the strawberry jam.
- Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the chilled Oreo crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
- Top with fresh strawberries and crushed Oreo cookies before serving.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy your creamy no bake strawberry Oreo cheesecake.
Notes
Use full-fat cream cheese for the creamiest texture and best flavor.
Make sure the cream cheese is softened to avoid lumps in the filling.
Allow the cheesecake to chill completely so it sets properly before slicing.
Frozen strawberries can be used, but thaw and drain them first.
For cleaner slices, wipe the knife with a warm, damp cloth between cuts.
