Ingredients

  • 2 –3 ripe bananas peeled and cut in halves or thirds
  • ½ cup Nutella
  • ½ cup peanut butter smooth or crunchy
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • Optional toppings: crushed Oreos chopped nuts, sprinkles, or caramel drizzle
  • Popsicle sticks or skewers

Method

  1. Insert popsicle sticks into banana halves or thirds and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Freeze bananas for 30–60 minutes until firm but not rock-hard.
  3. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Spread peanut butter generously over each frozen banana.
  5. Drizzle or pipe Nutella over the peanut butter layer.
  6. Dip or drizzle bananas with melted chocolate, then add toppings immediately.
  7. Freeze for an additional 30 minutes to set completely.
  8. Serve and enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • Use ripe bananas for maximum sweetness and easier coating.
  • Customize toppings based on preference; crushed cookies, nuts, or sprinkles all work.
  • Store leftover pops in an airtight container in the freezer for 1–2 weeks.
  • Slightly thaw bananas before coating to prevent chocolate from cracking.
