Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into small squares.
- Place a small spoonful of Nutella in the center of each square.
- Fold or pinch the corners slightly to hold the filling inside.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar.
- Garnish with chopped hazelnuts if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- Do not overfill with Nutella to prevent leaking while baking.
- Serve warm for the best gooey texture.
- You can add sliced strawberries or bananas inside for variation.
