Nutella Stuffed Cookie Dough Truffles Recipe

These Nutella Stuffed Cookie Dough Truffles are rich, indulgent, and completely irresistible. Soft edible cookie dough surrounds a creamy Nutella center, then gets coated in smooth melted chocolate. They’re perfect for parties, dessert platters, or whenever you need a quick no-bake sweet treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour heat-treated
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ½ cup Nutella
  • 200 g semi-sweet chocolate melted

Method
 

  1. Heat-treat the flour by microwaving it for about 1 minute to make it safe for raw consumption.
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Mix in milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Stir in the heat-treated flour and mini chocolate chips to form cookie dough.
  5. Scoop a small amount of dough, flatten it, and place a small spoon of Nutella in the center.
  6. Wrap the dough around the Nutella and roll into a ball.
  7. Place truffles on a tray and chill for 30 minutes until firm.
  8. Dip each truffle into melted chocolate and place back on parchment paper.
  9. Refrigerate until chocolate is fully set before serving.

Notes

  • Freeze small Nutella portions beforehand for easier stuffing.
  • Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • Sprinkle with extra chocolate chips or crushed cookies for decoration.
