Method
- Grab a microwave-safe mug.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in the mug.
- Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract; stir until smooth.
- Drop Nutella in the center of the batter.
- Microwave for 70–90 seconds depending on your microwave.
- Cool for 1–2 minutes before digging in.
- Optional: top with chocolate chips, whipped cream, or a drizzle of Nutella.
Notes
- Do not overcook, or the Nutella center will harden.
- Use a medium-sized mug to avoid overflow.
- Milk can be substituted with almond, oat, or soy milk.
- Oil can be swapped with melted butter or coconut oil.
- Feel free to experiment with extra toppings like nuts or chocolate chips.
