Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Nutella
  • Optional: chocolate chips or crushed hazelnuts for topping

Method
 

  1. Grab a microwave-safe mug.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in the mug.
  3. Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract; stir until smooth.
  4. Drop Nutella in the center of the batter.
  5. Microwave for 70–90 seconds depending on your microwave.
  6. Cool for 1–2 minutes before digging in.
  7. Optional: top with chocolate chips, whipped cream, or a drizzle of Nutella.

Notes

  • Do not overcook, or the Nutella center will harden.
  • Use a medium-sized mug to avoid overflow.
  • Milk can be substituted with almond, oat, or soy milk.
  • Oil can be swapped with melted butter or coconut oil.
  • Feel free to experiment with extra toppings like nuts or chocolate chips.
