Method
- In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos, flour, melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, and milk to form a dough.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll dough into small bite-sized balls.
- Carefully fry the balls in batches until golden brown, about 2–3 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Toss warm bites in cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar.
- Serve immediately while warm and crispy.
Notes
- Keep an eye on oil temperature to avoid burning.
- Can be baked instead of fried for a lighter version.
- Serve with chocolate or caramel dipping sauce for extra indulgence.
