Ingredients

  • Oreo cookies – 300g about 24 cookies
  • Unsalted butter melted – 80g
  • Cream cheese softened – 250g
  • Heavy whipping cream – 250ml
  • Powdered sugar – 100g
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • Milk – 60ml
  • Chocolate chips optional topping – 50g

Method

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs while keeping a few chunky pieces for texture.
  2. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter until evenly combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into a serving dish to form the crust layer.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until lump-free.
  6. Whip heavy cream separately until soft peaks form.
  7. Fold whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Spread the cream mixture evenly over the Oreo crust.
  9. Sprinkle chocolate chips or extra crushed Oreos on top if desired.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set before serving.

Notes

Always use softened cream cheese to avoid lumps.
Chill the dessert long enough for clean slices and better texture.
Do not overmix whipped cream or it may lose fluffiness.
Add caramel or peanut butter drizzle for extra flavour variation.
Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
