Ingredients
  

  • Almond flour – 2 cups
  • Coconut flour – 1/4 cup
  • Baking soda – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs – 5 large
  • Almond milk – 1/4 cup
  • Apple cider vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil or melted coconut oil – 1/4 cup

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Whisk eggs, almond milk, vinegar, and oil in another bowl until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until a thick batter forms.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan evenly.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool completely before slicing and serving.

Notes

Do not skip eggs—they are essential for structure.
Let the bread cool fully to avoid crumbling while slicing.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Slice before freezing for easy use later.
