- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk eggs, almond milk, vinegar, and oil in another bowl until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until a thick batter forms.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan evenly.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool completely before slicing and serving.

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
