Method
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F)
- Grease a baking dish with butter
- Arrange sliced peaches evenly in the dish
- Whisk eggs and sugar until smooth
- Add flour salt milk vanilla and almond extract and mix well
- Pour batter over peaches evenly
- Sprinkle sliced almonds on top
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and set
- Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving
