Peanut Butter Banana Bites Recipe

Delicious, no-bake peanut butter banana bites that are healthy, easy to make, and perfect as a snack or dessert. Sweet, creamy, and full of energy!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil optional
  • 1 tsp crushed nuts optional

Method
 

  1. Slice bananas into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
  2. Spread peanut butter on top of each banana slice.
  3. Place another banana slice on top to make a mini sandwich.
  4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  5. Dip or drizzle the chocolate over the banana bites.
  6. Sprinkle crushed nuts if desired.
  7. Place bites on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
  • You can substitute peanut butter with almond or cashew butter.
  • Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 week.
