Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients together
- Stir well until the mixture becomes sticky and fully combined
- Refrigerate the mixture for 10–15 minutes to firm up
- Scoop small portions and roll into bite-sized balls
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
Notes
If the mixture feels too dry, add a little more peanut butter or honey
Wet your hands slightly to prevent sticking while rolling
You can substitute peanut butter with almond or cashew butter
Add protein powder for an extra energy boost
