Method
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt peanut butter, chocolate chips, and butter together.
- Stir in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Use good-quality chocolate for best taste.
- Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
- Sprinkle with sea salt or chopped peanuts for added texture.
