Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt peanut butter, chocolate chips, and butter together.
  3. Stir in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Use good-quality chocolate for best taste.
  • Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt or chopped peanuts for added texture.
