Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Mix peanut butter and butter until smooth
- Add sugar and brown sugar and mix well
- Add eggs and vanilla extract and combine
- Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl
- Combine dry ingredients with wet mixture
- Fold in chocolate chips if using
- Scoop dough onto baking tray
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden edges form
- Let cool slightly before serving
Notes
Do not overbake to keep cookies soft
Use creamy peanut butter for a smooth texture
Add extra chocolate chips for a richer flavor
