Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix until fully combined.
- Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until a thick brownie batter forms.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter and Nutella over the batter.
- Use a knife or toothpick to swirl the peanut butter and Nutella into the batter.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until the center is set but still slightly fudgy.
- Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Do not overbake for soft, fudgy brownies.
- Warm peanut butter and Nutella slightly to make swirling easier.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream for an extra indulgent dessert.
