Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 24 Oreo cookies roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips with peanut butter and butter until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  4. Fold in chopped Oreo cookies until evenly combined.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours until firm.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.

  • Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • Optional: drizzle with extra melted chocolate or sprinkle crushed Oreos on top before chilling.
