Method
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips with peanut butter and butter until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Fold in chopped Oreo cookies until evenly combined.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Use good-quality chocolate for best flavor.
- Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Optional: drizzle with extra melted chocolate or sprinkle crushed Oreos on top before chilling.
