Ingredients
  

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream softened
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup crushed peanuts
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup or honey

Method
 

  1. Separate Oreo cookies into halves carefully
  2. Spread peanut butter evenly on one side of each Oreo half
  3. Add a scoop of softened ice cream on top of the peanut butter
  4. Place another Oreo half on top to form a sandwich
  5. Gently press to secure the sandwich together
  6. Roll the edges in chocolate chips or crushed peanuts
  7. Place sandwiches on a tray lined with parchment paper
  8. Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm
  9. Remove from freezer, let sit for 1–2 minutes, then serve

Notes

Let the ice cream soften slightly for easy spreading
Do not overfill to avoid messy sandwiches
Freeze properly to keep sandwiches intact
Use different ice cream flavors for variety
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one week
