Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • cups pineapple chunks drained
  • Extra whipped cream for topping
  • Optional: toasted coconut flakes

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until combined
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix well
  4. Gently fold in whipped cream until light and fluffy
  5. Drain pineapple chunks properly to remove excess juice
  6. Layer graham crumbs, cheesecake filling, and pineapple in glasses
  7. Repeat layers until glasses are filled
  8. Top with whipped cream and optional coconut flakes
  9. Chill for 30–60 minutes for best flavor (optional)

Notes

Use softened cream cheese to avoid lumps
Always drain pineapple well to prevent soggy layers
Chill before serving for enhanced taste and texture
You can swap pineapple with mango or strawberries
