Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup pistachios finely ground
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: whipped cream or chopped pistachios for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a saucepan, whisk milk, sugar, cornstarch, and ground pistachios until smooth.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour pudding into serving bowls.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream or chopped pistachios before serving.

Notes

  • Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
  • Adjust sugar depending on taste preference.
  • Use finely ground pistachios for a smoother texture.
