Ingredients
  

  • 300 g salmon fillet cut into chunks
  • 2 medium potatoes diced
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cups milk or cream
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a pot over medium heat and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  2. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute to form a roux.
  3. Gradually add broth and milk, stirring to avoid lumps.
  4. Add diced potatoes and simmer until tender.
  5. Add salmon chunks and cook for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use fresh salmon for the best flavor and texture.
  • Adjust thickness by adding more broth or cream.
  • Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
