- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
- Pat salmon dry with paper towel
- Place salmon on baking tray
- Drizzle olive oil over fillets
- Season with salt pepper paprika and herbs
- Add minced garlic around salmon
- Place lemon slices on top and squeeze juice
- Add small pieces of butter on fillets
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until flaky
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve
Notes
- Do not overcook salmon to keep it juicy
- Let the salmon sit at room temperature before cooking
- Use fresh lemon for the best flavor
- Add chili flakes for a spicy kick
- Serve with rice or roasted vegetables
